Mashable launched Social Media Day in 2010 as a way to recognize and celebrate social media’s impact on global communication. While every day is essentially Social Media Day, June 30th, 2017 marks the eighth-annual official global celebration. This is the seventh year Tampa Bay is participating, with NHIE Guys leading the charge, and a special shoutout to our Presenting Sponsor, Reeves VW. We are excited to have a lineup of additional sponsors on board this year, so stay tuned to learn all about these great community supporters!
This year we are expecting hundreds of local social media professionals, influencers, and bloggers. We activate our event by encouraging lots of social involvement by hosting a blogger caravan, raising funds for a local charity, hosting some amazing giveaways and raffles throughout the night and so much more!
